How do I download music updates?

This is a brief explanation on how to download puroeuro music updates.

There are 2 methods to access the downloads.

1. There is a MENU at the top of every page right under the puroeuro banner. MENU text is in red. Click the button "MUSIC"

2. On the Home Page which can be accessed by going to www.puroeuro.com or by selecting the "HOME" button on the menu bar at the top of everypage, there is a navigation window on the left side. You can access the music downloads by selecting "MUSIC DOWNLOADS"

Both these methods will now take you to a DISCLAIMER PAGE in which you must accept the disclaimer in order to download the musi. A disclaimer is basicly just a mini agreement that you agree to when you select "I AGREE" this is soley to protect us.

Once you select "I AGREE" if you choose to, you will then be taken to the download page. Each update will feature on average 5-10 music downloads which you can start downloading by simply just clicking the song title name which is usually highlighted and bolded your web browser internet explorer/firefox/opera will begin to ask where to save the song. All music is in zip folders to reduce the size quality on our webservers. You will need a free program called winzip www.winzip.com or winrar www.rarlabs.com to extract the song from the zip file. Windows XP has a built in zip extracter so you do not need to download any of those programs.

How do I download member posted music?

Puroeuro members are very active in the forums and over 30+ music downloads are posted daily by them on our forum. Here is how you go about downloading them.

1. You must be registered in order to access this forum. Please go to http://www.puroeuro.com/portal/register.php to create a free new puroeuro account.

2. Once created please login and you can access the member submitted music by selecting the "FORUMS" button on the top MENU then scroll down to the forum called "DOWNLOAD SUBMITTED MUSIC" or you may go to http://www.puroeuro.com/portal/forumdisplay.php?f=15 you then have to select the category of music you prefer to browse such as EURO/DANCE or TECHNO/TRANCE once you select one of those there will be tons of posts with music downloads. Select a thread and usually the first post has music download links that members have uploaded.

How do I help and upload music for others?

Please upload all music in the appropriate category "DOWNLOAD SUBMITTED MUSIC" in the Forums, then by selecting the right category and type of music.

Where do i host music for others to download? Start a New Thread with the song title as the subject or if it is multiple songs then just put something like "5 Tracks for downloads" and use one of the following services below to upload the music and post the download link in your thread remember include the song name along with a download link. www.filegone.com, www.yourfilelink.com and www.savefile.com are one of the most frequently used sites you may also use www.filefactory.com to upload larger files such as albums it allows up to 500mb.

Please do not use rapidshare, its slow and limits your downloads.

How do I start a thread or make a post?

In order to start a thread or make a post you must be a member on puroeuro.

Registration is free and will always be free. Below is a list of the actions required for you to create an account and login. Remember account registration is quick and only asks for 4 fields to be filled in, and no need for email confirming. Just register and your in!

Mandatory logged in: - View Forum Posts and Reply to them - Play Arcade Games - Access the Chat - Access the Online Radios - Access the Submitted Download Section in the forum - Any other options on the site will require mandatory account and login

GO TO THE HOME PAGE AND CLICK THE REGISTER BUTTON

LOGIN ON THE RIGHT SIDE USERNAME/PASSWORD FIELD OR THE NAV BAR ABOVE.

How to start a discussion thread? Once logged in, you make head over the forums by selecting "FORUM" on the MENU on top of every page. Or by selecting "FORUM (MESSAGE BOARDS)" on the left side navigation panel from the HOME PAGE once on the forums, you must select a category in which you would like to start a new topic. For example select "GENERAL DISCUSSION" it will then bring you to that forum where all the discussions are listed, you may start a new disucssion by selecting the "NEW THREAD" button on the top of the page. It will then prompt you to put the SUBJECT heading and to write your message in the main body window. For more advance features on started threads and using the features such as links colors bolding etc... please visit here FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Just click submit and your discussion will be posted, wait a members will begint to read and reply to it, you can get email notified by selecting that option before submitting when someone posts to your discussion, please read the FAQ for that.

How to make a post to a discussion? Open any discussion you choose to read. If you decide to make a post or leave a comment all that needs to be done is select the "POST REPLY" again same as above, fill in the subject to make a title for your post and leave a comment or reply on the main body text window. Click the submit message button to post.
